Pizza Hut India — Complaint of online order dt:17.9.2016 failed in spite of receiving payment on[protected] | |||||
I had placed order for pizza online at new delhi khel gaon marg outlet after placing order online on[protected] for Rs 508.37 Payment through Paytm wallet of Rs508.37 was sent/made by me to you online i.e BILLDESKnut order#GPT[protected] at 20:37. The said payment was successful but inspite of receiving said payment afterwards on screen order failed was shown. After receiving said payment my said order should have been confirmed & bill should have been generated but it did not. Thereafter i had to place order telephonically & again made the payment in cash at the counter of Ansal plaza khel gaon marg delhi outlet. Several telephonic complaints have been made in your customer care but till now no refund has been made to me. You are hereby advised to refund my amount or else i have to file complaint against you in consumer forum making you liable for damages as well. Ordered 2 pizzas through the Marathalli store today on 17/09/16. Order placed at 8:37 PM. Not delivered yet after 3 hours! Order id:[protected]. Customer care and the store kept saying the delivery person has left the store and order will be delivered in 5-10 mins. Rubbish experience! I would never order again through Pizza Hut!
