Dear Pizza Hut Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your outlet located at Plot No. 6, Sector Vidhya Nagar, Hoshangabad Road, opposite Bagsevania Thana, Bhopal – 462026, on 23/10/2025.
I had ordered two corn pizzas priced at ₹99 each, but instead, the staff billed me for a ₹99 meal without my consent. I had clearly requested the pizzas as a parcel, since I wanted to give them to a friend, but the staff insisted that I eat there. Additionally, the Pepsi that was included with the meal was not provided.
When I checked the bill at home, I realized the error. The staff behaviour was also rude and unhelpful, which made the experience unpleasant.
I kindly request a refund for the Pepsi not provided, or two glasses of Pepsi as compensation, along with assurance that such behaviour will not be repeated in the future.
