Pizza Hut India — Delay of of dine in order

We visited pizza hut store at Dwaraka Nagar, visakhapatnam and placed order, they made us wait for more than 1h and finally due to miss communication the order was cancelled, so no proper manager over there, and the the staff is very rude when asked how long would it take, they answered ask the person who has taken order not me...which was very rude
