[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — delayed delivery refund not made as promised | |||
Pizza hut delayed delivery more than an hour, that too two times. When reported the issue, I was told that amount will be refunded to my account in 2 days. I am following up with Pizza Hut since last 1 week, every time they say that this time definitely my issue will be resolved but those turned out to be false promised. Pizza received after more than 1 hr was cold and in horrible condition. Delivery person was careless and seems not too worries about delay. Very poor service.
