Pizza Hut India — failure to register order after payment was completed | |
Hi. Please refer to order id jpt[protected] for rs. 719.8 via paytm on 30th august 2017. After payment was successfully done and money debited from paytm account, the order failed to register on your website with the comment "failure to connect to the sql server". I tried the order again and paid via hdfc debit card. Again the money got deducted from account but order was not registered with the same error message. Now both paytm and hdfc bank have asked me to get it resolved thru vendor directly as the payment was processed from their side. Need the refund from pizzahut immediately.
