[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — Incomplete receipt of order | |
I had ordered from POS API 9000001, 12224000, Pizza Hut Ambernath on 7/6/21 as a takeaway parcel. However, when I had opened the parcel, I noticed that I did not get 1 Pan Chicken Supreme Personal, instead they packed garlic breadsticks. Very frustrating! Moreover, I had ordered 3 choco sundae which I realised after reaching home, that all three were melted and frothy. I do not suspect the transit period as the reason for the icecreams to melt as I was traveling in my own AC car and it was a 20 minutes drive from my residence. This franchise of Pizza Hut located at Ambernath, GNP Galaxy is not maintaining the cold chain for preservation of ice creams. Also I had called the store person thrice on realising incomplete product delivery, but no one cared to answer. Even the store people must have realised later that they had packed the wrong items for my order but still no one intimated me. Its very disappointing of Pizza Hut! I had never faced such issues with Domino's Pizza. Kindly refund my money for one pan Chicken Supreme Personal. Was this information helpful? | |
