Pizza Hut India — Money debited from account but order not confirmed

We placed an order on the Pizza Hut website and payed for the order. We recieved a "payment recieved" notification and the money was debited from our account. Half an hour later we still didn't recieve an order confirmation message. When we called Sahakaranagar, Bangalore branch, they said that we would get a full refund within three days. We are also writing an offical complaint to make sure we recieve the full refund as the payment was done but we didn't recieve confirmation of order or the food.

Please make sure the full refund reaches us within three days time.
