Pizza Hut India — Money debited twice and order got failed but didn't get the refund | |||||
I was trying to place the order of Rs. 599 on 25th Dec 2016 from 7:30 PM to 9 PM, It seems there was some issue on the website so money got debited twice from my two accounts but order was not placed. I am waiting for the refund from the pizza hut side but no communication from them regarding settlement. Ordered pizza on[protected] around 2:30pm, my money got deducted but order got failed. when i contacted customer care he have no idea how to deal with and told me to contact the bank. i called the bank they told the money is transfered and they cant do anything about it. i want full refund money .
We have ordered many times but this time we had worst experience. Pizza was plain no topings and the taste was worst because of excessive salt .. we had worst experience of all time .
