The order was failed but payment was decucted two times when i tried to order from the app. Once i tried with paytm qnd then also from gpay both times payment deducted but no order placed . I have attached screenshots with transaction ids, i want my refund as soon as possible. Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 29, 2026 Updated by Shashwat_dxd transaction was done on sunday 25th jan 2026 times 1:02 pm from gpay To: Pizza Hut pizzahut542213.[protected]@rxairtel and also at Paid at 12:46 PM, 25 Jan 2026 UPI Ref No:[protected] Of 403.20 rupees each times total 806.40 rupees Both times failed with no record on app but money deducted I want my refund asap as a student its a huge amount.
