Pizza Hut India — No action taken | |||
I had submitted a complaint on 7th November and received a response from Pizza Hut on 9th November to tell them details about my problem. After that, I received no further communication from their side and even after my query on that portal asking them about any updates, I didn't get any response. The guy who took my order after 3 hours had assured me that the order would be free from their side but not only was the money not returned, but also, I didn't get any status update from their side as to what steps are being taken to ensure this doesn't happen again. Previous Complaint: This is to bring to your notice that yesterday we had placed an order around 8 PM with PizzaHut, Galaxy, Noida which did not arrive at all. Even after calling the customer care team multiple times, the same response was being received - "You will receive a call from the restaurant in 3-5 mins". This continued for 2.5 hours. No one was even telling about the status of the order. After 3 hours, we received a call from PizzaHut, Stellar Park, Noida informing that the outlet in Galaxy was closed at 7 PM. This shows such poor coordination between the team, had this been informed earlier we would have planned for our dinner accordingly. Dear Pizza Hut,
You re-escalation has also crossed any dignified deadlines. It doesn't take a month or two to deal with such cases. Not only that, but also, you don't have any feedback or complaint system of your own and I have seen your response time over here as well. I can only try to reach any higher authority in this regard since you guys don't have any concerns regarding your customers. I am really astonished as to how no one else has raised any concerns regarding this matter.
