We ordered a pizza today[protected],
Order id - 3549721, phone no linked-[protected],
Ordered time was 05:18 pm and the delivery time promised was 05:48 pm but the it was delivered after 05:55 pm.
As the order was not a bulk one, so expected an on-time delivery.
How can you promise to deliver in 30 mins if you cannot
Desirable resolution: refund of the amount
