Pizza Hut India — Online ordering - order not taken and money not refunded | |||||
Tried to place order for pizza on pizzahut.Co.In. Money as paid through bill desk payment gateway vide reference fpt[protected] for rs 386. But website declined to take the order. Till date money was not refunded. Tried to call the customer care. Reply from customer care is that since order is not placed, there is no record of transaction or receipt of money. It appears that company is cheating the customers by inducing to place on their website. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I think Pizza hut should stop their online ordering. Exact same thing happened with me. On contacting Paytm them take no responsibility as from their end money is gone, Pizza hut promised me refund in few days which has not come since last 2 weeks. I am placing a separate complaint for this here in this forum, but wanted to post this comment here.
