Pizza Hut India — Order gets cancelled after placing order from website or on the phone

This has happened multiple times in the past. Order gets cancelled after placing order from website or on the phone. If I am placing order via their website- my order goes through, money is deducted but no delivery. When I call the customer care they say order has been cancelled. I never get a notification about this. Money gets refunded after 2 days but ultimately i am unable to place a order successfully.
So I ordered from their customer care number on phone - this one was COD- but few minutes later I got a call saying that the order has been cancelled and they ask me to place order via another platform.

Has Pizza hut stopped accepting orders from portal or on phone for Pune?
