Pizza Hut India — Order not placed after payment

Address: MMCOE, karvenagar,Pune 411052

I, Pranjal Bhide, placed an order from Karvenagar, Pune on 5th October 2025 at 3:28 PM. The payment of ₹298 was completed and confirmed, but after payment, the page redirected to the home screen and the items were still in the cart. The order was not placed. I also tried calling the helpline, but the representative was rude and disconnected the call. Please look into this issue.
I request for aa refund as soon as possible.
