Pizza Hut India — payment made twice | |||
Order No:#[protected], Invoice No.2018-03/C/11016853. Ordered from: Pizza Hut, No.16, 21st Main Road, M.C. Layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore-560 040. order placed on 03.03.2018 at 05:20 PM, I had placed an order for Garlic Bread Spicy Supreme (1 No.) Rs.149/- and Veggie overload Pizza (1 No.) Rs.329/-, totalling to Rs.512/-including GST and delivery charges. I have made this payment through Yes Bank Credit Card. However, on placing the order, I have received the item on 03.03.2018 at 06:19 PM to my residential address. But the delivery boy has received the amount of Rs.512/- in cash also showing in his mobile the words 'collect from the customer Rs.512/-'. I had told him to talk to the swiggy manager and get back to me. He has received an amount of Rs.512/- in cash. After sometime, I have received a message on my mobile that the payment made by me through Yes bank credit card has been successful. In this regard, I request you to kindly refund an amount of Rs.512/- to me at the earliest. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered pizza from pizzahut by 10.50pm on 23rd Feb 2018. Transaction was successful. but later i got a message that my ordered has been cancelled.
I have an email as well as SMS and order number too. When i inquired into nearest store, store manager says order number is not able to found. I can provide all the details.
