Pizza Hut India — Payment successful order wasn't confirmed and transaction wasn't reverted back | |||
I tried to place an order through pizza hut app. I paid Rs.418.15 through paytm. But the order was unsuccessful. As received the mail from PIZZAhut I changed order to COD and I paid again. But my money was not reverted back to paytm wallet. From paytm side got response. But pizzahut(BILLDESKnut) doesn't have support mail id to mail. I called customer care I didn't receive proper response. Below is the response from paytm: We would like to inform you that, as confirmed by the merchant BILLDESKnut your transaction under order HPT[protected] was successful from our end. We would request you to kindly contact the merchant BILLDESKnut customer care team for the order confirmation. Please help me to get my money credited to my wallet. Thanks in advance.
