Pizza Hut India — pizza booking made online on 9th march 2019 at around 5:35 pm and account debited but online order failed | |||
I had tried online booking of pizza from pizza hut on 9th march 2019 from powai pizza hut at around 5:35 pm. After choosing pizza went for payment through net banking from union bank of india account and my account got debited woth rs 345.45. However the system was not responding and after waiting on for some time it shows error of network connection failed. I called up the customer care number of pizza hut and the lady confirmed receipt of money and failure of order confirmation online for some technical issues. She said that the amount will be refunded in 3-4 days. I had requested her that since i want a pizza and i will go for another booking, i told her to adjust thw amount received fro another fresh booking to which she said that the amount cannot be considered for another booking but it will be refunded in 3-4 days. I am still waiting for my refund. O have been following up with uni okn bank of india who confirms payment has veen received ny pixza hut and has told me to take up with pizza hut only. I want my refund immediately. Have already waited for 6 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
