Dear Sir,
My order number[protected] place on[protected] @ 8.46 pm. The order was never delivered and for the same I had to follow up for more than 10 times to the call center. While, I had a minor negative experience with Pizza Hut in the past, this incident has just broken the threshold with an unacceptable reason on the part of Pizza Hut. In which world does the customer has to follow up with Pizza Hut and still they fail to deliver. On the last call I made to the call center I learnt that due to a technical issue my order won’t be delivered. Don’t you think it the responsibility of Pizza Hut to inform such failure on their part instead of me calling you?
Considering the above I would request for refund. The payment made was of Rs. 502.78/- . I will have to ignore the agony I had to face because I showed dependency on Pizza Hut for my dinner, the follow up I had to make and the call charges I have borne for the follow up, obviously reimbursement for such would not fit in Pizza Hut’s refund policy.
However, I expect that the payment made of Rs. 502.78/- should be refunded at the earliest.
I have also given an online feed back to pizza hut. The referece no. is in the image attached.
