Pizza Hut India — Refund is denied on an order that was not delivered[protected]

I have ordered (order no[protected] pizzas on 26 th feb 2025 on pizzahut website. Order amount was 540 INR. The order was not delivered and subsequently came to know from pizzahut customer support that the store cancelled the order.

Despite of following up with them many times and follow up the amount 540 INR is not refunded.

It takes an hour to reach them on phone and to emails they are not responding.
It is highly frustrating and request you to to take my complaint and help recover the amount.
