Pizza Hut India — Refund money not received | |||||
On 5th March 2017, I ordered a pizza to be delivered to SRM University, Chennai from the Mahindra City branch. The full payment was made through SBI Credit Card. But after some time, I was informed that they do not deliver in that locality so the order was going to be cancelled. I immediately called the delivery person about the refund money and was informed that it will refunded within 10-15 banking days but it still has not been refunded after 26 days. Please, look into this matter and refund my money ASAP. This kind of things really make a negative impact and affect any future decisions regarding ordering from Pizza Hut again.
