Pizza Hut India — Refund not initiated after store cancelled my order due to their delivery partner issue

Very pathetic service by Pizza hut. 30 minutes after placing the order from Pizza Hut Delivery app, store person called me saying that they dont have delivery partners so order cannot be delivered. They told me that they will cancel the order from their end but that order is no longer visible in the pizza hut app. Shameful service. Never had any such problems with other pizza brands.
