Dear Pizza Hut Customer Care,
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I faced during my recent visit to one of your outlets.
On 20 Aug 25, I placed an order at your store. I made the payment through Dineout, but unfortunately, the store staff refused to accept the payment, claiming it was not received. Despite showing the confirmation, I was rudely forced to make the payment again via another method.
This resulted in a double payment for the same order, and I have not yet received any refund or resolution. The behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional and distressing.
