I purchased Men's combo set from planet m, on 15 Sep 2014, it delivered on 20 sep 2014. On the same time when i checked the items, I was shoked, the bag was torned and defective. All the items was so cheap in quality. I called to customer care, they told me that u will get a call in 24-48 hours. Today is 4 Oct 2014, but no service given by them.

Never received my product which was returned as it was faulty. Called call centre multiple times. Either they just discconnect the call oe ask u to email. You never get response to emails. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Annoying.
