When i visited the shop, the shorts of puma were kept under the display of 20%off on 1, and 30% off on two. The whole lot was kept under the same display. When i went for billing, the cashier told me its only 10% off. I asked him to cal the manager. The manager told we are only two staff so i cannot change the displays. Again in front of me he went and kept the stock under same display, misleading customers. Above that when i asked him atleast now change the display he argued "abhi ke abhi karna zaruri thodi hai, badmei karenge. We'll do as per our convinience." The reply was so rude, i choose never to buy from the planet-m again. This is the 4th time i have found misleading discount displays and above that arrogant behaviour of staff and especially the manager! Was this information helpful? |
