[Resolved]  Pnb Met Life — Not Paying my Money Back, PNBMetlife has no intentions of Paying my money back

Dear all, This is to inform you that PNB metlife has No intentions of Paying back The money that they take for their return Policies . I was very young when i took up for Metlife i was 21 Metlife was with AXIS then, their Agent Convinced me to Invest on a yearly plan and said me that i will get a doubled amount after 6 years, i was interested and i signed up for it, later after 4 5 years when i called in the toll free for enquiry they said me that I will get money according to the market, I immidiately raised a Complain, how ever the complain was rejected on the grounds that I had recived a Document where the Tnc were Written and i was suppose to read it, That was my fault I dint read it, I then Surrendered My Policy as I needed Money urgently for Treatment. The first attempt for surrender was done in The month of Feb 2014 which was rejected on the grounds that the Name and Signature Mismatched, I therefore Went ahead for the 2nd attempt on march 2014 again it was rejected for Sign miss match, 3rd april I double checked all my documents and sent it this time, It was rejected again and there were no reason for this one this time, When i called the Customer care they asked to to Walk down in the nearest PNB met life Branch and Submit the Document in person, SO there I did It again in the Month of June, On June 5th 2014 I again went to The Park Street Branch of Metlife In kolkata, I submitted the Documents In Person and Double checked My signature and docs in front of the PNB met life Employee and i asked him to see if every thing is correct and he did and said yes every thing was good to good and insisted me that i would get my money this time. It was intresting to see there were quite a few people like me there who were miss committed by the Metlife agents and had Done the same mistake like me by signing up with metlife. So on June 15th I called the customer care for updates, they tolf me that every thing is fine and i should be expecting the money anytime with in the next 4 to 5 days. on June 16th 7 : 30 PM I got a text from PNB that My file was rejected once again . On June 17th I called the Customer care as i was damn pissed, i asked why was my File rejected, they said the same thing once again I need to walk down to a Metlife branch and need to submit docs personally. I am helpless now, In this Due course of 5 to 6 months I needed that money for treatment, unable to get this money I got into DeeP trouble which caused me endless pain and i am in a state of Mental Agony. Right now I am looking out for a good Lawyer for a Classy action Law suit.

Now every time you apply they PNB needs 12 working days to process, you will wait for 10 days on 11th day they will reject .
