PNB MetLife — Mis-selling

Dear PNB MetLife team

I am premkumar Radhakrishnan garg.my policy number is 21871056.my policy investment amount is 35, 00, 169 & this policy was given to me as a single premium policy. I will tell you in detail how I got this policy.

My son joins PNB metlife company as an agent because one employee of the pnb metlife had convinced me to join PNB but I was not having time because of my work so I told my son to join.so my son’s manager told him to make your parents invest in the life insurance policy so he came with my son to meet me & told me that I need to do the one-time investment in this policy & after the end of the 5th year I will get double of the premium paid & between this time if anything happens to me then also my family member gets double of paid premium

So, I took this policy where I invested 35, 00, 169 Rs in this policy & also he added that my company will invest some amount of the policy in markets & all so because of that I will get maximum returns in a short term of 5 years.

So, this is how this policy has given to me earlier we are happy because we got good plan & good amount in face of commission earn by my son & we didn’t even read the policy because we had so much trust on the sales manager.at the time of taking the policy me & my wife we both signed that single premium policy benefit illustration.

In 2021 we done the inquiry about my policy like when this policy is going to mature & when I am going to get return of the policy but we are shocked to hear that we have been cheated like this is regular policy like here I have to pay policy premium for 5 years & policy term is for 10 years & because of non-paying premium my policy is not active.

Today when I looked at the policy I found out that the signature on the policy benefit illustration is fraud. Someone has done duplicate signatures on the policy benefit illustration. I asked my son if he did all this. He said he doesn’t even know anything about this, he is not at all aware of this.all of this has been done by that sales manager.

So I request the company please look into this matter on priority basis because I am a senior citizen & I have no income source right now so this money is worth/matters to me a lot.

Also, I request you please do not call my son regarding this because he is already disturb.so please call me & discuss with me whatever you want to.
