But after some minutes cancelled the order.

I complaint earlier about this matter. After registering complaint the pnb customer care miss call me again and again they did not talk to me about my issue till date. When i call back to that number, then call ended whith saying wrong number. Please report it. If it is possible please provide me the contact number by which the issue is shorted out. I've not received the refund amount of Rs. 2974 initiated by Lenskart on 17th July'21. As said, it was supposed to be reflected within 7-10 working days, the time window which ended on 30th July'21. I followed up with Lenskart yesterday and have got the ARN for the refund.
Why isn't the amount yet reflecting?
