I have a refund from AJIO of Rs. 1596.04 which was paid through Phonepay where 100 rupees was paid by Phonepay wallet and 1496 rupees was paid from my Bank UPI.Now for cancellation of my order of AJIO a refund of Rs. 1596.04 was initiated by AJIO on 30th July 2021 with RRN N[protected] to my Phonepay account and it was credited on that day and than Phonepay transaction the amount of Rs. 1496 which was paid by UPI to my UPI Bank Account on 2nd August 2021 with UTR Number[protected] but my Bank not reflect the amount into My Account and still my Bank has not been credited the amount into my Bank Account and while I was asking them that when I'll get my money bank they told to wait 2 momths

Hi am Dr Kesavan . I recently opened an savings bank account at madurai main with account numbered [protected]...last week got my ATM card ..from that day on I couldn't do any transactions and it's showing in net banking like debit frozen account...when I enquired at home branch they said everything is updated from their side the problem is with circle branch back office chennai...I don't know exactly what's the problem...please acknowledge my complaint and do the needful as early as possible

Hi,

My account no is [protected]. I am customer of PNB Bank from last 10 years and from past few months my account is showing "debit frozen" I am not sure why? I went to main branch they asked me update the KYC so I submitted all necessary documents and KYC got updated. But still same issue and still showing debit frozen Account. Please look into this matter.

I have order the product on nykaa. The price of product is 1089.i have order the product on date 26/07/2021.
But after some minutes cancelled the order.

When I call nykaa CUSTOMER support he say refund initiated date on.
26/07/2021.
But i have not yet receive the refund amount in my bank account.

Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
(75503721199049567520476) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
