Hi,

My account no is [protected]. I am customer of PNB Bank from last 10 years and from past few months my account is showing "debit frozen" I am not sure why? I went to main branch they asked me update the KYC so I submitted all necessary documents and KYC got updated. But still same issue and still showing debit frozen Account. Please look into this matter.

I have order the product on nykaa. The price of product is 1089.i have order the product on date 26/07/2021.
But after some minutes cancelled the order.

When I call nykaa CUSTOMER support he say refund initiated date on.
26/07/2021.
But i have not yet receive the refund amount in my bank account.

please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

I have ordered a prestige hand blender from Amazon. But it is not working. I had refund my product. In my amazon app it is showing credit initiated on 21/07/2021 and 27/07/2021 payment has been credited. But I have received in my account. Amazon provided me with reference id and said ask bank customer care but bank is denying this and still I have not received my refund. Very disappointing from both ends pnb and Amazon.
