Amazon has initiated me an amount 32999 on 2nd oct and last expected date was 7th oct 2021 bt till 11th oct i have not got my refund in my account and bank cust care is not helping they are telling that they cant help with it.

Recently cancelled order on Amazon. Refund has been initiated, but I have not received the amount in my bank account. It's been 8 days . Please help.

I ordered mobile phone from Amazon worth 14999 rupees and cancelled it the day after order. My refund was showing processed on 8th October and i just received 100 rupees from Amazon the same day but not the whole refund of 14999. Then I contacted the customer care of Amazon and they provided me with a reference number and said they have processed the payment but its not reflecting in my PNB bank account.

So I purchased a lot of books in Amazon but it's book content not like me means this book so difficult to understand, so I tho to return this but when I return this Amazon also help me to send my money but I'm unable to recieve this bank.my Oder ID[protected] date, 30 sept-2021 and also I'd[protected] date 02oct- 2021. And alot purchase order but my is stuck in bank . So sir it's a kindly request plz solve it I wanna bank but due to pandemic and navratri season bank is so far like 50 km so sir plz understand my problem.

My refund has been initiated by Amazon on around 1 October 2021, and expected credit date was 5 October 2021, and in some another 2 orders it was 6 October 2021 but amount still not credited in my account by now.

I got refund initiated of amount Rs, 27999 from Amazon on September 28, 2021 to my PNB account with reference number #TRM559TG0000KTOSYY8Y but the amount is not reflecting in my account as of now it's almost more than of 20 days passed I m following the Amazon & Bank's rules & policies and waiting for my refund. Calling Amazon they say I have to follow with PNB with the reference number, but PNB customer care says they can't help...now what should I do???
Should I need to take any legal action against both of these??
Kindly check & credit the amount in my account.

Amount debited but not dispensed from atm and transaction declined

On[protected] I ordered an earphone 'one roar den 300' through amazon for Rs.599. Rs.165 was paid through Amazon pay balance and the remaining Rs.434 was paid through my PNB bank account. I returned the product on[protected] and they refund initiated on that day and also got refund reference number.But I have not received the amount Rs.434 yet

My name is Kanav Mahajan and I had ordered Nakoda Plastic Container Box - 23 L, 1 Piece, White of RS. 1000 (Nakoda Plastic Container Box - 23 L, 1 Piece, White) in Amazon on 22nd September 2021 and after 28th September 2021, I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 28th September 2021 on which refund initiated.
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
TRM559TG0000KTOT2N23 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab national bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

I had ordered something from Amazon on 20-september-2021 which i return to amazon on 24th September but not received refund by Amazon. Since i paid rupees 749 for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my pnbbank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. Made a purchase on Swiggy on 30/10 /21 using my Debit Card.
Swiggy cancelled the order and refunded the amount of Rs 2870.
However, it's been 7 days and still the refund amount is not credited in my account.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I had ordered a product of Rs .991 from Amazon on 25 September 2021 but due to some reasons i returned the product. It was a prepaid order and money was paid by my PNB debit card. The money was deducted and the Order was marked successful. when I returned the product, I received an email from Amazon in which they that said your return is successfully completed & refund initiated to your bank account on 28 September 2021. & you will receive the refund money within 3 to 5 business days but today is 8 October 2021 and I haven't got the money yet in my pnb bank account. I contacted Amazon customer service, they said that the refund has been done successfully from their side and money has been sent successfully to the bank but it's a problem related to bank side and i go to bank but they refused to help me.
