OTP WAS TAKING MUCH TIME THAT'S WHY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN MADE BUT NOW THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED. GOT A CALL FROM 7250906010 AND 9570078488 A REQUEST IS ALSO TO STOP THE CALLS THANKS

Hi, I am SHIVAM TIWARI. I am fed up of calling customer care and doing rounds of PNB branch which made me post my issue here. My account number is [protected] and my PNB' registered mobile number is [protected]. Issue which I am facing is that everything goes fine until it asks for OTP to complete e-transaction because I don't get OTP no matter how long I wait. Please solve this issue asap. Thanks!
