Sir my a/c no. is [protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected] . A am getting all the updates regarding my bank an ATM transactions but NOW I am not getting updates and my OTP no. on my registered mobile no. S please try to solve this immediately its my humble request to you. Thanks

OTP WAS TAKING MUCH TIME THAT'S WHY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN MADE BUT NOW THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED.

Hi, I am SHIVAM TIWARI. I am fed up of calling customer care and doing rounds of PNB branch which made me post my issue here. My account number is [protected] and my PNB' registered mobile number is [protected]. Issue which I am facing is that everything goes fine until it asks for OTP to complete e-transaction because I don't get OTP no matter how long I wait. Please solve this issue asap. Thanks!
