not issuing debit cards from past 2 months

i an account holder in PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK Rohini Sector - 18 branch, is very frustrated and irritated of the carefree behaviour of the bank employees. I have filled the form to issue the debit card on[protected]. From that date, every saturday I am going there and every week they are just giving excuses that the cards are not being issues or they are not being activated. All the customers are suffering because of their carefree attitude....

interest subsidy relief

Request to activate 3D secure service

Respected Sir, It is so disgusting to report you that PNB customer care service is simply useless i have been complaining about about my unknown deactivation of my 3d secure services of my pnb debit card but their is no proper step taken to resolve it, everyday when i call up they ask same account number and tell to wait for next 24 hours. Internet banking problem

On 12-13 july PNB updated his Net Banking Website and from that time i am facing problem and unable to do any transaction. I have contacted to customer care 4 to 5 times and also sent e-mail 5 times related to my problem. Every time they say that your problem will be solved soon. But it has been about 20 days but my problem is not solved yet.please help.....

Not giving 16A forms at Darlaghat branch

As its 7-8 days left for filing returns of Income tax, But the PNB branch of Shuli (Darlaghat), Solan, Himachal pradesh is not providing Form 16A, which contains information regarding TDS (tax deducted at source). The branch officials are not taking this issue seriously, and not even entertaining enquiries....

I have been forced by PNB Metlife Insurance to buy one Policy vide Policy No.21046819 for Rs.30000/- . While purchasing the Policy they were clear that If I do not pay further installments for two years I will get the money back . Now they say that Policy is lapsed and I can not get refund of Rs.30000/- Which I have invested from my savings and hard work. Now they say that I should have cancelled the policy within 15 days of the receipt...

Not getting my money back

We have used Pnb ATM in uttar pradesh and my money not come out from ATM machine, but in my account balance has debited rupees of 15000.00. i have file comlaint at pnb help desk, my home branch, cvc, and on ombudsman,
but these all are take long time, and said you have got the money, but just i want see video recording of ATM machine....
