    On 28th of September 2014 morning at 11:52:56 am my money didn't came out from Punjab National Bank's ATM. But later on a message came on my mobile that amount was debited from my account. Since Sunday evening I have called at least 5 times to the bank's costumer care to register my complaint so that my money can be refunded back even twice I have spoke to there Seniors but all of them were just given lame excuses and they are not registering my complaint. I just want my sum of amount to be refunded back in my account as soon as possible. I can't keep on calling every time just to hear their lame excuses. My account no is : [protected]

      This is with regard to my dad's Policy No. [protected] with the invested amount of Rs.1, 50, 000/- and
      Interaction Id No.28304987.

      This policy was almost forced upon me by Mr Pramit Mitra & Deepal Saha from Axis Bank in 2008. He is an old man and have no idea about Mutual Funds and such Insurances.

      He was clearly informed by them, that the amount of Rs.50, 000/- to be paid by him for 3 years and the amount with existing value at the time of closure can be withdrawn anytime after 5 years of tenure. Please note that there was no mention of any penalty/pre-closure charges mentioned for this policy. Post which he was asked to sign the documents which he did. He had no idea what was mentioned as clause in the Terms and Conditions which was told to me when I was following up for delay in closure of the policy and while going through repeated calls and enquires.

      He had sent the docs for cancellation even last year, Nov’13 and he did receive a retention call from your unit in Bangalore. Even they never mentioned any such charges but just requested him to continue since the fund value was less at that point of time.

      This issue was going on since May’14 and he had personally visited Jalpaiguri Branch several times and Delhi Branch twice. In between, I had escalated the case to the call center and had spoken to everyone there and post that had written to complaints desk as well. But no one had ever mentioned this huge penalty of 20k was never

      Nor did anyone mention that the Jalpaiguri Branch is already closed and the docs for cancellation of policy would take 1 month + time to reach the required unit, which again was confirmed only once I had contacted them.

      Harrassment does not end here………….he was asked to visit Branch with reference at Vasant Kunj branch clearly stating that he was supposed to just go and sign a document in front of the branch personal as verification
      since verification on call could not be done and cancellation of policy was sitting at your office with no further action or information. As expected, again incorrect information was given and he was asked to get all the docs again like cheque leaf, address proof, identity proof and whole lot of docs.

      He again made arrangement for all and when I called again in Call Centre, we were told nothing is required and hence he was supposed to visit again just to sign one doc as confirmed earlier

      So he visited and completed the formalities……. And then I was told that a specified amount which was much lesser than the actual fund value would be paid back. When I called the Call Centre to check why and
      spoke to Khazana, after several probes, atlast we were told that 20K will be deducted as penalty charges.

      AFTER 6 YEARS OF INTERACTION WITH THE BANK, CALL CENTER AND BRANCHES, ONLY AFTER CLOSURE PROCESS WAS COMPLETED, WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE IS A CHARGE OF RS.20, 000/-. THIS IS POST MULTIPLE CONVERSATIONS WITH MULTIPLE TOUCHPOINTS

      IS THIS HOW BANKS AND INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE SUPPOSED TO RUN AND FOOL PEOPLE ?
      DO THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO HARRASS PEOPLE AND PUT THE COMPLETE BLAME ON TO CUSTOMERS ?
      SHOULD THESE BANKS AND INSURANCE COMPANIES BE MAKING MONEY BY CHEATING PEOPLE AND PENALIZING OLD PEOPLE ?

      Now we have got the principal amount with so much of fight after 6 years and Insurance company has reverted me with the standard answer that it;s your fault since you did not read the terms and conditions...

          Dear Concern, I have taken a education loan from PNB Bank in 2008, amount is Rs. 391000/-. I started to re payment of the loan in 2010. till july 2013 i had paid amount . rest amount was Rs. 135570/- only . but in the same time bank ( debited) added Rs. 182272/- in the loan account . and the total outstanding is Rs. 317842/-. i could not understand that the amount Rs. 182272 /- as a interest came from were? if it is a interest then why its not reflecting in the loan account before.

            My complaint Dear Sir / Mam, I had paid my Airtel bill through Paytm . The bill amount of my phone was Rs. 1, 100/-. My paytm order no. is[protected]. The same amount is deducted from my Punjab National Bank account. Transaction no. of my payment is "PNB transaction no.[protected].               Sir, On 27 Aug i tried to recharge my phone from PNBRewardz wesite but recharge failed and the amount deducted from my PNB account and on 28 Aug again i tried but recharge failed and amount deducted from my PNB account . Now 15 days has been past and I haven, t received the Refund till now . I mailed PNB Rewardz Support teams many time only 2-3 reply I have received and only they mentioned that sorry for inconvenience and we will keep you posted regarding the same within 15 days.. from last 6 days they even didn't reply to my mail regarding refund .               I tried to recharge my mobile by partially using points and debit
              card. It failed 2 times continuously, though I have been returned the
              points, I have not been returned the amount that has been deducted

                I No14475488M Nk (Hony Hav) Ram Singh of Arty was taken up a court case for disability pension. I had won the court case and my Arty Records fwd a P.P.O. No D/E/652/2005 for your bank and copy also fwd PNB, Mohindergarh for payment of disability pension for Rs 310/- PM wef 01 Oct 2003 but my benefits has not been credit to my account till date. PBN bank staff has harsh me. You are request to direct your concerned staff to pay my benefit at the earliest
                with interest otherwise I have to taken up a court case against you for non payment of my disability benefits since 2005.

                  My policy no 00086933 is lapsed in 2011 due to short premium of 100Rs in 6400Rs premium annually as they increased the premium due to increase of service tax without informing me. But still they have taken same premium for two years 2011 and 2012 and in july 2012 they sent a letter about my policy status which I recd when I went back to India in Jan 2013 since then I am following up for re-instatement of my policy which is still in lapsed condition. Meanwhile they asked me to go for medical tests again which I finished this january 2014 and asked for two three forms including my financial estates of India and overseas.                   My policy number 00086933 is lapsed in 2011 instead I was paying regular premium but as I moved overseas and was not aware or increase in service tax. So just because of 100 rupees difference it lapse although they have taken my regular premium around 6400RS.

                  They have gain taken my same premium 6400RS in the lapse condition of policy but didn't informed me my policy lapses. Later I hv recd a letter about it in my locked home. I started following up from march 2013 to revive it but they asked I have to go for medical test which I have done in feb 2014 and also paid another year premium.

                  Still my policy is not re-instated just because their own company missed my BP questionnaire for.

                  Please look into the matter.

                    Dear Respected Sir/Ma'am, Greetings!! Hope You are doing Great!! I, Pooja Sharma applied for Educational loan and it is sanctioned against the following address, Branch name PNB bank Indira Colony, Rohtak Haryana and education loan A/c 145000JB00000620. Loan is sanctioned in 2008 and CSIS scheme for free interest came into implementation on[protected] and for this notification I applied many times to my branch for letting me to enjoy the scheme’s benefits but they have not given any sound response as well as he will increased my rate of interest 12 to 13.5 percentage and tell, I have increased according to BPLR+1. Also I complained to the regional office for this matter they also gave statements that they have not received money from govt. As I am Female, I got some Subsidy benefits from Mahila Vikas Nigam of Rs approx 50000/- which was confirmed by one of the employee of bank that they have received but now when I started installments for my Loan they are denying that we didn't receive anything.                       Hi, I am existing customer of Punjab National Bank Achalganj, Unnao Branch (PUNB0052500). I had visited the branch twice to collect my Debit card but the Manager replied, we do not have stock of Debit Cards right now.So I had requested and given application to transfer my account to Jawahar Nagar Unnao Branch (PUNB0367900). It has been more than 20 days still my account is not transferred, I tried to contact branch and customer care but did not got any satisfactory answer. The service provided by the Branch is not at all satisfactory and they are forcing the customers to open the account in private banks.                         i an account holder in PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK Rohini Sector - 18 branch, is very frustrated and irritated of the carefree behaviour of the bank employees. I have filled the form to issue the debit card on[protected]. From that date, every saturday I am going there and every week they are just giving excuses that the cards are not being issues or they are not being activated. All the customers are suffering because of their carefree attitude. Please help me regarding this. All the employees are just not interested in doing anythig. Maybe because it is a government bank. Modi said ache din a gye hain, yes it is said true for all the corrupt employees who are not interested in doing anything. horrible

                          Dear Sir, I, Dr. Naveen Gupta, am a holder of saving account in Punjab National Bank, Chowk, Lucknow. My old cheque book is about to exhaust so I requested to issue a new cheque book through the Requisition slip provided with the previous cheque book. I was informed on 12/8/14 that my mobile number is not updated in the bank's record so I have to provide my mobile number to the bank in order to get the request for cheque book fulfilled and the same number will be utilised for SMS alerts for the transactions in my account. My complaint is why the cheque book can not be issued to me without activating SMS alert facility which I do not want to take as I had already opted against the same and it has been discontinued since January 6, 2014.                                 Respected Sir, It is so disgusting to report you that PNB customer care service is simply useless i have been complaining about about my unknown deactivation of my 3d secure services of my pnb debit card but their is no proper step taken to resolve it, everyday when i call up they ask same account number and tell to wait for next 24 hours. What is this sir, No solution to the customers problem just enjoying the free salary. please help me sir, sahil paudel [protected]

                                  On 12-13 july PNB updated his Net Banking Website and from that time i am facing problem and unable to do any transaction. I have contacted to customer care 4 to 5 times and also sent e-mail 5 times related to my problem. Every time they say that your problem will be solved soon. But it has been about 20 days but my problem is not solved yet.please help..

                                    As its 7-8 days left for filing returns of Income tax, But the PNB branch of Shuli (Darlaghat), Solan, Himachal pradesh is not providing Form 16A, which contains information regarding TDS (tax deducted at source). The branch officials are not taking this issue seriously, and not even entertaining enquiries.

                                      hello sir i am from gopal singh i have open a ne w acc in PNB it gives me a master card -debit card. for online shoping i registered card in pnb electracard site for "3D secure service".after certain days i see that the service is deactivated on my card so i can not purchase online items what i ahve to do now ? i cal;l to customecre at [protected] they registered my complaint and tell me that service will re activated on my card in 3 days but it not activated i again call them and they again said me that it will activate in 48hrs .i went to branch of pnb they terll me they can nt activate this service. please hell me!! my acc no:[protected]
