Note : Poorvika mobiles and apple service and Apple iPhone is completely very worst service. This is my hard earned money I happily bought new iPhone 14 but finally I felt very very bad. I need replacement.
I was used many mobiles but iPhone i felt very bad because of issues I am facing frequently I am not getting permanent solution for this if I bought new iPhone if anything happens or frequently I am facing lot of issues means need to replace my iPhone right ? they saying temporary solution I have Submitted all proofs but no proper permanent solution .I bought apple iPhone in Poorvika I have faced front camera issue and hanging issue I have faced this issue on 2nd day itself I have asked Poorvika not getting proper information I didn’t get replaced then frequently I have faced camera issue and hanging issue I follow up Poorvika they told me to visit apple service centre I have visited but they kept my mobile up to 3 days but they told me mobile is in observation state after 1 days I asked they told me no issue we observed but I have raised multiple case id i have submitted up to 7 to 8 videos proofs but still I didn’t get proper replacement and service I don’t need service this is my new mobile how can I accept service but In apple service centre they did diagnostic test and ios update software os update every thing they did but I am facing the same issue repeatedly. They apple service centre asked me to submit my new mobile up to 5 days they need to send my mobile to Bangalore I have given but they didn’t submit. In apple service centre is saying if you give means surely display or camera will be change how can I accept this without my permission. Apple how can they will do in new mobile Both apple service centre and Poorvika centre is very worst I didn’t get permanent proper response and service. I am completely worried about why I bought iPhone 14. Please anyone help me I need proper permanent solution or replacement.
