[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — About by insurance and refunding

I purchased an iPhone 6s from poorvika mobiles Madurai .It was a defective.I had the insurance of poorvika.Its was not even a year old .i claimed for it and my claim was successful.They told me to give 26k and get a new phone from the nearby istore.They told me within 48hours the cash will be credited .After Two days I asked for my refund .They told me to wait for 48days.i didn't receive any notifications reguarding this issues .Kindly help me

In ranipet branch ashok and balaji r not responding properly.worst bheaviour from poorvika...here after i wont get any product from poorvika.
