[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — about promising to customers | |||
I am matheswaran from kavindapadi in erode. I have purchased honor 9lite mobile from poorvika near erode corporation office. Opp to maariyamman temple. While i was purchasing they gave promise to me that they give best price and offer. Like their speech they gave too. But they didn't produce and bill. And they didn't give flip cover and temper glass. I asked them. They gave me promise that they will give u free of cost but didn't give today. We will give three days after with bill. But today 1/12/18. They illustrately give me ans and they said they don't give with irresponsible ans. I have purchased mobile nearly 20 mobiles from ur poorvika still now for my family members and friends. And also referenced to my surroundings about ur poorvika. Now i have lost my opinion and respect on you. I[censored] not take action on this kindly, simply you have lost opinion and respect from us to u sir.. I sent like to Them.. They didn't care about that. I need to show them what s customer. Help me to oppose them and we need to show our power to their business sir. Kindly take action sir.
