This is Prakash from Kolathur . On March 4th 2021 I brought a new AirPods 2 which cost of 12399 with full payment . On March 6th right side AirPods is not working and i have went to showroom in showroom manager said go to service Center even I went to apple auth service Center in Anna Nagar . In that apple service Center they said that AirPods is duplicated product which verified and certified by APPLE even I have that certificate with me now . Then I info to showroom and given my AirPods to showroom manger then after 1 month more 10 times they make to come show room and wasted my time . Then repaired and given after 1 month . Then it was working fine for 2 months . Now again am facing same issue I don’t know really what is happening . My money my time everything is wasted . Even my AirPods have still warranty also till March 4th 2022 . I want the solution for this . Else I am planing to complete the case against poorvika in count with bill copy, certificate given by APPLE . Even I have my bill, certificate, also service Center bill please check
