I bought a product anker soundbuds rise (Neck band) bluetooth sound effect is not good and it is not cover the range as well. I want to return it back. I am not liking the that bluetooth headphones any more.

Can you please address this issue so that i will return and get refunded.

Please help me in that to get this issue resolved as soon as possible
