Order ID: 1337650 Received open box product (seal broken) and damaged phone box. Contacted their support team immediately after delivery with video proof - forwarded all the photos and videos as requested by the team. After 15 days of no response and multiple follow-up emails, they finally called me. Not owning up mistakes from their end, blaming me for checking the device (Wifi activated), hence they can't provide any support for me. I got scammed by Poorvika, they sent me a used iPhone 13 pro.
