[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Cash back of Rs. 6000 not issued

I had purchased Samsung A52S in poorvika mobiles on 01/04/2022 at Alwarpet store. Till date (15/06/2022) I have not received the promised cash back for using my debit card for EMI. The store manager Mr. Surender is not responding properly and is not able to initiate any action even for a month. Kindly look into the issue and get my cash back credited asap
