[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — cash back offer cheating | |||
I bought a mobile phone on 27/6/2018 in Poorvika virugambakkam showroom with the 90days cash back offer. However, I didn't get the cash back on the specified 90 days period. I went to poorvika showroom and they have requested my 3 months bank statement along with the invoice copy. However, the bank statement is not required for there verification. After a long argument, I have submitted all the documents on 20/11/2018, which they have promised to give the cash back offer by 5/12/2018. But till the date I haven't received the cash back and there is no proper communication from Poorvika. I have call back for further details in which they have not communicate the details property and there is no deadline for the cash back as well. Was this information helpful? | |||
