Recently purchased smartphone from Poorvika online store after verifying the cashback from both customer service and a retail employee, and booked online because the model variant was not available in retail stores. It's been more than 120 days, so I contacted HDFC bank, who informed me that the merchant had not shared your account information for the cashback winners list on the purchase. Since I made an online payment with a credit card and did not receive a receipt mentioning the cashback, I took a screenshot of the offer in the mentioned portal and also followed the steps shared by the support executive.
@Poorvika, kindly assist to resolve and disburse the cashback amount of Rs. 5000 as soon as possible.
