[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — Cheating customer by given free products

We brought powerbank of mrp rate 3, 500 and offered free of pen drive ..but in invoice they split up the amount as 1600 & 1200 including GST . kindly refund my balance Amount

Hi, I faced a similar issue where they sold me an additional product claiming it to be free. If you didn't want the pendrive but they still sold it to you, don't let them close the complaint. Open another one if required. I returned mine and got refund as they agreed it was sales fraud.
