[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — Cheating( inappropriate way of selling the product) and misbehaving( In term of communication)

Firstly got cheated in term of explaining the EMI option then the agent herself considered for finance service where as about finance it was not explained and approval was not taken from my end Next thing I had HDFC bank pre approval loan of rs 25000 they did not say me about it even if it is not there job to check pre approval loan thing atleast they could have told me about it or said the option of debit card EMI which did not happen. Third thing they collected the DBD amount of rs. 2000 where as the clear explaination was not given and still now there is no appropriate note on it I want to know the true DBD amount And where the rest of the amount went how could an agent cheat a customer in term of money ( I very badly want an answer for it) they provided me one mi earphone, two sim cards and one body guard for phone for which they took rs 200 telling that they have discounted so in total I have paid rs. 2200 . Fourth thing the agent there communicated in an inappropriate manner which is not at all fine from my end it is disturbing my mental condition. Haritha. K p- 08756 and Suman Raj P- 02552 communicated in inappropriate manner the female agent Haritha is telling her co agents that the customer will not understand no matter what and the man is questioning what are u doing here from one an half hour. Is this the way how the customer should be created ?firstly complete fraud is taken place secondly passing Inappropriate comment on a customer Is this the work ethics what poorvika follows? . If the action is not taken on this issue definitely I will post it in social media and raise the complaint in consumer court because not getting to know the complete and correct information is not fine consumer have a right to get the correct information and right to question on the same where as when a customer is talking about it all this rude words are passed and the man lied on his designation whats the point in lieing on the job role then what's the point of approaching authorities . I want an correct and appropriate action to be taken. I want an clear explaination from agents and manager end.
