[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — Commitment given before sales and after sales not honoured

Team Poorvika,
I have purchased S23 ultra at Rs.134000/- from Poorvika in sholinganallur on 21 July 2023 thru Samsung finance. The sales team Ganesh and store manager were handling me on that day. I have been given a commitment that they can offer me the power adaptor 35w and the screen protector without cost of both and to take this phone (S23 ultra) and closed the sale. Since they don't have adaptor on 21 July 2023 they asked me collect the power adaptor & screen guard and also the invoice of the mobile phone by next day i.e 22 July 2023. Since I was on travel I cud not collect it and today 23 July 2023 I came to the shop all the way from Thiruvanmiyur to collet them. It was very unfortunate that they are asking money for the power adaptor against their own commitment that confirmed.. The sales person who commitment me absolutely denying the fact. Now I understand the basic intention of the sales personnel who cud commit and never honour. When I ask them they are not interested to support in any manner. when I ask for escalation matrix of contact no. they denied to share the same and given customer care no. who is not reachable today. Hence, I am writing this matter to you to look into this matter immediately and thot that I will not get any support from Poorvika team while understanding the behavior of the team in Sholinganallur by committing and not honoring to the customer and how cud I have good relationship. Or association with them going forward.

I am not interested to move forward with any forum but the manner how the concern of mine is taken, will determine.

None of the team from Support, Escalation and other could able to resolve my concern or issues till today.

This is very unfortunate that you guys do not value the complaint from the customer. My complaint towards the issue is the same thing that the sales team or executive committed and agreed to give me temper glass and power adaptor 35 watss from samsung brand but after sales and bill.they denied to give me the same. This is my complaint. Now you are trying close this complaint saying that the they didn't give any committment. This is unfair justice from the Poorvika Mobile Team that too from the escalation team. This is not all fair resolution This is not acceptable.

Not only sales executive and Branch Manager, the entire support team and escalation Team.is not fair to handle this situation.

You guys lost the trust from the customer like us..

Pls.share me the owner no. or General.manager no.
