[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — Complaint raised for defective mobile provided in Poorvika but no action taken to replace new mobile

I have brought a LG W30 pro mobile 5 days before in Poorvika with one year warranty and insurance, during the purchase they gave a very good review for this mobile feature. After purchase the very next day I found that the device was defective (Very low charging) and returned to them they verified and said the issue is in the charger so they provided me a new charger but in that new charger I was also facing the same issue. It was taking more than 3 hrs to fill 100% charge but during the demo sales person told it is a fast charger and it will get fully charged in 1nd half hrs itself. So again, i returned to them. They asked me to raise a complaint to the LG service center on my own, so I raised the complaint to the LG service center in Vadapalani. They asked me to handover my mobile and return the next day. After verification they called me and said for them it took 2nd 1/2 hrs to get 100% charge. When I handed over the mobile it had 18% charge in it. Since then it took 2nd 1/2 hrs if it had 0% means surely it would have taken more than 3 hrs. They are arguing that for this product it is the capacity of this mobile charging and there is no fault identified. To confirm the same with higher officials there are asking me to wait 2 more days. I returned back to shop again and argued for the fake statement given on fast charging during the demo. They also disagreed with the statement provided by the LG service person because they are saying it is not the usual charging time for this product. So, with the job sheet proof compliant I asked them to provide some other brand mobile for the same cost I purchased. But they are asking me to wait until they get a reply from the LG service center. Anyway it is a defective product, showroom members have agreed with it and there is no reason in waiting for a reply. I have bought mobile from Poorvika but to be in process I have followed all the steps what they want me to do but then now after knowing it is a defective product I should only questing Poorvika shop member for giving false statement on charging or without having proper knowledge of this product he sold the product to a customer. Very worst customer service. MR nagar Poorvika showroom manage(Muthu kumar.P) have not taken any action.

Please take immediate action to replace my mobile or else refund the amount paid. I have attached the job sheet details for your verification.
