I bought a dongle in Poorvika Appliances, Chrompet, on 10/12/2022, around 9:00 pm ..while buying the product an employee 'Divya' from the same branch informed me that the product will work at upto 150 Mbps and they gave a guarantee that it will do so to a minimum of 30mbps..after i reached home and tried the product the maximum speed attained was 2 mbps..This is complete injustice and fraudulent..when I went for a replacement they not only was not helpful but instead insulted us and started shouting.. unfortunately my friend informed that she has had similar experience from the same branch..the product cost was 2200rs..this is unfair and they are just looting us ..their behaviour was nice till we bought the product..when I went to return/exchange it they just shouted at us ..kindly take a strict action against this injustice

I asked for an default product to return and now they got me a new one
