[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — Fingers neckband

Bought vivo phone along with fingers Bluetooth neckband on the month of feb 2022 old washermenpet near pandiyas hotel, but unfortunately the neckband it is not working properly due to technical issues, but it has warrenty for replacement, so went to the poorvika branch and we handed over defect items, and they advise us to come back after 3 days to collect the replacement, so went there but haven't responded properly and they have not returned us new replacement, instead they are trying to sell another product with additional charges, its the third times went to branch, the issue remains the same, looking forward for proper response with the replacement

Note: Physical damage and waterlog will not cover under warranty.

there is no physicall damage or waterlog, its a technical issue and your branch members are very aware abt this brand and why selling this kind of products to customers

and upon this your branch members are advise me to buy instead of fingers to SONY in addtition of paying Rs.500, Fingers has lot of complain
