As we communicated previously, you were stated that you received the back case from our showroom and you using the back case right now. As well as old back case also in your hand, we already conveyed send the image of damaged back case if any support required but you didn't. As well as you were agreed to resolve the issue from Indian consumer which is not yet done. Kindly check and resolve the issue and respond our calls, or contact us[protected] for further query.

As we discussed yesterday, you were stated that you will resolve the issue from Indian consumer. Since, the issue not resolved from Indian consumer, you said you got the replacement back case from our Outlet. And we conveyed if any further assist, email us at [protected]@poorvika.com, you agreed. But we didn't received any response form your end via call or email.
