[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — Regarding misleading information and installation refusal bosch washing machine

At the time of purchase, your staff informed me that:
• The machine operates at 110V, and it would run normally at my home voltage (140–150V).
• I would be receiving the Bosch Series 6 model.
• That Series 4 and Series 6 are the same, with no real difference in features.

However, several serious issues have occurred:
1. I asked about the voltage requirement for the first time only after billing, just 5 minutes later, while standing outside your store. Your staff assured me it runs on 110V and that my home voltage (140–150V) would be sufficient. This was misleading and incorrect.
2. The machine that was initially delivered was Series 4, not Series 6 as promised.
3. When the Bosch technician arrived for installation, he confirmed the machine requires 220V and cannot function properly at my current voltage level, even with a stabilizer.
4. After repeated complaints, your store replaced the unit with a Series 6 model. However, now no technician is being sent for installation. When we contacted your team again, we were told: “We’ve changed the machine. Do something and run it yourself.” — which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

This entire experience reflects misrepresentation, wrong product delivery, and poor after-sales support.

I am requesting the following:
• Immediate installation of the current machine by a qualified Bosch technician.
• A written clarification on the voltage requirements and whether this model is compatible with my home setup.
• If the product is not suitable for use in my home due to voltage incompatibility, I demand a full refund or a replacement with a compatible model.
