Very very worst behaviour n very poor customer services..in TRICHY Thillai nagar branch lakshmi arcade building...ppl working don't have any knowledge abt phone features..not explaning the imp features...instead they themself taking our mobile and grading Stars n MAKING REVIEWS All the reviews here are like this only ...so ppl aware of it...
Initialy gave me a default mobile and for replacement took 1 MONTH tht also after complaining...gave me another one that also not the same colour...Then initially while purchasing n at returning time they never told about the SIM details and wen went again due to default at tht time only saying those details and saying ALL Customer coming to poorvika showroom have to ask then only they say the defaults otherwise they wont explain in harsh Attitude n irresponsible way of answering...
Its totally waste of time n money in purchasing poorvika products in this particular showroom...Before making REVIEWS BY URSELF spend time to explain abt mobile features ... Was this information helpful? |
