My mom went to buy a new branded mobile. She was looking for redmi mobile. As soon as entered she asked to show for the mobiles of 10000rs range. Sales person showed lava, oppo and samsung. He explained my mom in a way lava is best and made her to buy the product.in confusion stage she also bought the product. Next day (8/6/2018) we requested to refund the amount or change the mobile. They re not ready to accept. They told once sold cant do replacement. But if he had shown more options mom would definetly gone for good mobile. There should be an option for 10 days replacement like how in amazon online shopping and all does. Pls do the need ful
