My mobile had an display issue and I gave it for replacement during End of November 2021. Till today 26th Jan 2022 i haven't received the replacement mobile. Since the mobile is for elderly who has vision issues I told them to replace the mobile with same color which I bought. Every time I visit the shop they say I will get it next week. It is more than 2 months now every time I visit or call they don't give any proper response.

Now it is more than 2 months now. How is the mobile warranty going to work. What if i face same issue after receiving the replaced product in a month or two.
