[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — My Insurance Claim Pending for a Year Even after Approval

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was following my claim for long back even after approval.
Every time they send mail that claim approved you will shortly
get the amount in your account.

But after August till date no feedback from poorvika mobile and customer care mail also bounce.

Refer the approved mail from poorvika team . No body response after that

Kindly support to get my insurance amount back.

My insurance settled before a Month only. Since I was following more than a year & fed up with the response I register the same & happy that after register in this forum there is immediate response. Thanks poorvika mobiles. But the settlement is very less. Initially they told that the claim will be Minimum 8000 ( I purchased mobile for 15000), But my settlement was just 3300. Thanks

Sorry, I got a call from Poorvika Mobiles ( Saranya) that the amount was settled in Oct.
Since I was fed up after following up to 1 year. I thought settlement was not happened.

I checked for the same and Settlement did for the same. Thanks for the immediate response.

But my settlement was seems to be very less. But atleast iam happy that settlement was done.
